Our speciality food range covers miso, tamari, soba noodles, nori sheets, sauerkraut and udon noodles, sourced from certified organic and eco-friendly brands. These are the ingredients that turn a simple meal into something more — a bowl of miso soup, a sheet of nori for sushi night, a spoonful of sauerkraut alongside dinner. Several of these ingredients are hard to track down outside a dedicated grocer, so it's worth keeping them on hand.
