Organic Food Boxes

Pick a box size and style, then set your No List — the things you never want — either permanently or just for a week or a month. Order by Wednesday 2pm and your box is delivered Thursday or Friday depending on your town, or collect it from 14a Mostyn Street, Castlemaine on Thursdays between 10am and 2pm. First-time orders add a $15 refundable box deposit — the boxes are reusable and swapped over at each delivery.

Victorian boxes contain exclusively Victorian-grown produce, and they’re at their best in summer and winter when the local season peaks — at those times the Mixed Choice box is mostly Victorian too, so the two are very similar. Mixed Choice boxes add produce that can only be sourced from interstate — banana, sweet potato and mango among them — and in spring and autumn they lean more on interstate organic growers while local supply is thin.

Thursday: Bendigo, Eaglehawk, Epsom, Castlemaine, Chewton (before the pool), Harcourt, Maldon and Newstead, plus Gladstone Park, Westmeadows and Epping in Melbourne’s north.
Friday: Ballarat, Buninyong, Napoleons, Creswick, Gordon, Ballan, Daylesford, Kingston, Blampied, Yapeen, Guildford, Chewton (past the pool), Kyneton, Malmsbury, Woodend, Macedon, Gisborne and Sunbury.

Home delivery is free in Castlemaine and $4.95–$8.99 in other towns, with central pickup points from $2.75 — and delivery is free everywhere on your first order. Prefer to collect? Pickup at 14a Mostyn Street, Castlemaine on Thursdays, 10am–2pm.

Can I choose what goes in my box?
We fill the boxes with whatever tastes and looks great that week, guided by your No List — tell us what you don’t want, permanently or just for a week or a month. You can also add extras or build your own box from the full range.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — there are no lock-in contracts. Cancel, pause or change your order anytime without penalty.

Where does the produce come from?
From organic and biodynamic growers, sourced as locally as possible. Some of our smaller local growers aren’t certified organic but grow using organic methods — relationships we’ve built and verified personally over 20+ years.
