Huge MIXED Choice Box

A selection of organic fruit and vegetables for typical diets. We make up our boxes fresh each morning, with around one quarter fruit, and three quarters vegetables.

This week (24 NOVEMBER) the MIXED CHOICE Food Box contains a selection of some of these produce items:

carrots, onions, potato, pumpkin, parsnip, beetroot, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumber, tomato, zucchini, sweet corn, fennel, chinese greens, silverbeet, lettuce, apples, banana, oranges, pears, nectarines, apricots

The table below shows the expected contents of this weeks food box. If something is not available, or part of your No List, we'll swap something else in from the seasonal list above.

You will get a good mix based on what is best value and in season at the time. All the produce is certified organic or biodynamic, and is sourced with preference to local growers.

The contents of the food box will change week to week to give diversity of produce, and will change with the seasons during the year.
