Moving into more root veg with parsnip and swede arriving (already!).
Still bringing field grown tomato and wonky zucchini for the boxes, along with summer greens of cos lettuce and celery.
But the fruit has very much moved into the next season with excellent apples and pears, and last few weeks of rockmelon and strawberries.
Eat well,
Graham
PS. Choose from one of our box selection, and let us know your “no list”; or make one of your own by choosing the vegetables and fruit you prefer.

The weekend weather says it's still summer, and the coming days say otherwise.
And the plants in the paddocks agree - the cooler nights have finished off the local ZUCCHINI. And TOMATOES aren’t too far behind.
Ronald is picking ROMA and SAN MARZANO for sauce tomato. But for the boxes we will have a small amount of Daylesford Rouge de Marmande, and the rest will be from up north, field grown tommys.
Red CAPSICUM from Gippsland and Mlidura are holding up well thankfully, and plenty are still ripening up nicely. So too EGGPLANT with more coming from Koo Wee Rup and Inverleigh.
SWEET CORN is mostly from interstate too, with a small amount from down the Peninsula in this week's Victorian boxes.
Mostly it will be root veg in the boxes for the week - large SWEET POTATO, BEETROOT from Swan Hill and SWEDE from Tassie.
Greens will be a mix of baby cos LETTUCE from Mornington, BLACK KALE from Labertouche and small halves of CELERY also from Labertouche.
A new pick of FENNEL is hopefully arriving from Koo Wee Rup - we expect to include it in the boxes this week, and place it on the website next week once we know how it's looking.
Already mentioned ZUCCHINI slowing - this week will be from Mildura and Yarra Valley - and for the boxes we’ll have “wonky” shaped zukes just for a little fun.
For fruit, biodynamic FUJI and JONATHON are our pick of the apples.
Pears will be RED SENSATION and WILLIAMS varieties, from biodynamic orchard in Merrigum, past Bendigo.
ROCKMELON has a couple of weeks left. And STRAWBERRIES a few weeks more.
SHEPHARD AVOCADO is this week's avo, with Hass varieties taking a break.
