With Anzac Day on Thursday we are delivering Wednesday and Friday instead.
And so we’ll need orders a day earlier, by Tuesday 2pm.
We’ll send out the usual reminders tomorrow, but it's unlikely we’ll have a lot of room for late orders.
So to ensure we can place orders in time with growers, bakers and egg-folk please have your order in early this week.
Eat well,
Graham
PS. Choose from one of our box selection, and let us know your “no list”; or make one of your own by choosing the vegetables and fruit you prefer.

BROCCOLI from Black Gold in Koo Wee Rup has been superb, and now it is even better value as their cool weather season gets going. Expect plenty in the boxes.
Not so much CAULIFLOWER coming, with a small pick from Gippsland and a dribble from further north - still some more cooler nights before we see the brassicas recover fully from the cabbage moth earlier in the year.
Greens for the week will be CELERY, nice small halves for $4.90. Bunches of SPINACH for the larger boxes and 100g bags of Baby Spinach for the smaller boxes.
FENNEL is back again - we have two growers Joe from Colac and Joe from Gippsland.
From Mildura JAP PUMPKIN and BUTTERNUT are cutting nicely and will be in the boxes also.
Biodynamic PARSNIP from Darren in Inverleigh and TURNIP from Joe in Colac are being picked fresh for the week.
Adam in Bullarto will start his DUTCH CREAM season this week too, fresh picked today.
Summer produce still arriving from up north for the boxes, will small TOMATO and nice EGGPLANT this week's box inclusions.
For fruit, STRAWBERRIES from Daylesford way still have some life in them. The start of the potato season usually marks the end of them (as Adam needs the packing shed) so we’ll see just how long they last.
Biodynamic BEURRE BOSC PEARS from Merrigum are our preferred pear for the boxes - crystallised sweetness, perfect for cooking, and for eating crisp. Biodynamic Red Hill FUJI APPLES are our preferred apple at the moment, although the Tassie GALA is a close second.
More small HONEYDEW halves from Mildura, and this week PINK LADY starts in 2kg bags - loose fruit available soon. QUINCE here also - from biodynamic orchards near Euroa.
And we should see Healesville KIWI very soon too - perhaps next week.
