The final week for Strawberries, last weeks for Capsicum, Cucumber and Tomato, and first week for Tangelo.
We’re seeing all brassicas come back in price as the season gets underway strongly - expect plenty in the boxes again this week.
Our other top picks for the week are the Red Onions, Avocado, Pomegranate and Baby Cos from Mornington.
Eat well,
Graham
PS. Choose from one of our box selection, and let us know your “no list”; or make one of your own by choosing the vegetables and fruit you prefer.

Biodynamic root vegetables from Inverleigh - SWEDE and PARSNIP may not be everyone's favourites, but perfect pick of the seasonal veg right now - so too are Darren's loose BEETROOT.
Along with root veg, it's all about the brassicas at the moment - biodynamic CAULIFLOWER and BROCCOLI from up north are the preferred for quality taste - but we have Vic growers from Mornington and Pakenham for the Vic boxes too.
Leafy greens will be Baby Cos LETTUCE and KALE from Vic growers on both sides of the bay.
SPINACH will be absent for another week, plenty of SILVERBEET though.
Great value for CELERY after a long hiatus - now $4.90 for half.
RED ONIONS from biodynamic growers near Geelong are on special - in the boxes too.
And RADISH returns from Peninsula growers.
For Summer veg, we have plenty of EGGPLANT still (a bumper of a season), a small amount of RED CAPSICUM coming, and most likely the last of the TOMATO.
CUCUMBER and ZUCCHINI also coming to an end but maybe a few more weeks first.
For fruit, new season TANGELO from Swan Hill are deliciously tart-sweet and juicy - find them in the boxes this week.
From Mildura, two varieties of MANDARIN, the regular Imperial and slightly tart Daisy.
Also from Mildura POMEGRANATE, now $3.20 each - rigorously tested at home, and big thumbs up.
Definitely (!) last week for Daylesford STRAWBERRIES this week - grateful to Adam for giving us the same price all season - still only $6.90 a punnet, but limited numbers sorry.
And AVOCADO is back ! Delicious HASS ripening up well after about a week of green - just 2 for $4.
