THIS WEEKS PRODUCE

SWEET GREY Pumpkin from Koo Wee Rup will be in the boxes this week. JAP and BUTTERBUT are both up alot in price.

New season northern BEETROOT is being picked, and heading for the boxes also.

Biodynamic CABBAGE are excellent - both green and red - and biodynamic BROCCOLI from the same grower is coming in nice too.

CAULIFLLOWER slowing down a little, and unlikely to have Victorian pick for this week with the shorter week due to the public holiday.

Nice large half bunches of CELERY in the boxes as the greens for the week.

And Joe’s LEEKS continue in abundance - nice and large, enough to replace the weeks onions in one leek 🙂

KOHLRABI slowing, but excellent value as the last are getting picked in the next couple of weeks.

Amazingly a small amount of TOMATO is coming up from Labertouche polytunnels in Gippsland - if we get our hands on enough, we’ll include in the weeks Victorian boxes.

Vic boxes also bringing in new season BROAD BEANS from Swan Hill and RADISH from Mornington.

We’ll be rotating the APPLES trying to find the best ones for the boxes - we’ve taken off Fuji (they need a rest) and we’re looking towards Gala for this week (Golden Delicious and Lady Williams are also a possibility).

Great value on BLOOD ORANGES and AFOURER MANDARINS, both from near Mildura.
