A bumper crop of Chinese Greens from Colac is coming through this week, and plenty of Baby Cos Lettuce and Asparagus from Mornington and Pakenham areas.
Fruit is still primarily citrus and apples, with Navel Oranges from Mildura and Sundowner apples from Red Hill the picks.
We won’t see much new local season crops during the Spring months, but we’re getting word that it's already looking to be a good growing season for local tomato, zucchini and eggplant.
Eat well,
Graham
