A few changes to the Vic boxes now zucchini, onions and cabbage are arriving. We should see more new season produce arriving in the coming weeks.
Florian from Mount Franklin starts his season this week, with Oak and Cos Lettuce picked for you.
Until then, we’re grateful for the eggplant, cucumber, carrots, parsnip and cauliflower from up north. Not to mention the blueberries and strawberries 😋
Eat well,
Graham
PS. Choose from one of our box selection, and let us know your “no list”; or make one of your own by choosing the vegetables and fruit you prefer.

From Daylesford, Florian is picking COS LETTUCE and OAK LETTUCE fresh for the boxes. We’ll also have BABY COS for the smaller boxes.
Now from Mildura the new season ZUCCHINI is starting, to add something a little different to the Vic boxes. And we have some Gippsland ONIONS to replace the Leek in the boxes.
For the Mixed Choice, expect CUCUMBER and EGGPLANT from up north - both are looking nice at the moment.
Biodynamic BROAD BEANS from the Mildura area will be in the Mixed Choice this week, with the Vic boxes taking a break from the broadies. We’ll give the ARTICHOKE a break for the week too.
Instead expect GOLD BEETROOT from Swan Hill, CELERIAC from Inverleigh and Koo Wee Rup FENNEL.
CAULIFLOWER has slowed - we have small sized white cauli for the Vic boxes, and coloured (green, purple and orange) for everyone else, including orders.
For greens, as well as LETTUCE we have BOK CHOY from Colac ($3.80 this week).
For fruit, an extended TANGELO season from Swan HIll means they are back in the boxes, along with DAISY MANDARINS from Mildura, HONEY MURCOTTS from up north and the excellent NAVELS.
BANANA looks to be coming back and prices are coming back. BLUEBERRIES are just $5.80 a punnet.
