Early signs of the seasons changing with new season snow peas and zucchini from Vic growers.

Black kale returning to the Vic boxes, along with plenty of lettuce and chinese greens - and still brassicas and root veg are the basis of the boxes.

Along with new season sweet corn from up north.

THIS WEEKS PRODUCE

BEETROOT with leaves from Swan Hill for this week's boxes - new season pick along with the PARSNIP coming from up north.

BROCCOLI from Baxter on the Peninsula is nice and small, with tender florets - and a new pick of CAULIFLOWER from Silvan growers is nice size.

Meanwhile SWEET CORN is just starting from northern growers for a bit of summer sweetness. And BEANS also coming in nice condition - both flat and round.

POTATO in the boxes will be Sebago variety -still from northern growers - local season will start late January, from Thorpdale growers.

New season SNOW PEAS from Vic growers in Nyah kick off this week in the Vic boxes.

And ZUCCHINI from Mildura has also been in a couple of weeks - starting to see the Summer season starting, but still some waiting for tomato, capsicum and eggplant from Vic growers.

Purple ARTICHOKE from Gippsland is one of Springs seasonal veg - and starts this week.

Greens for the week will be BABY COS LETTUCE and PAK CHOY, with a new harvest of BLACK KALE from Labertouche in Gippsland.

For fruit, PINK GRAPEFRUIT is excellent value, and prime for flavour right now. New season VALENCIA ORANGES will be replacing NAVELS soon.

And AVOCADO from  Mildura growers are a nice size - just 2 for $5.

APPLES for the boxes will be BRAEBURN variety from Tassie growers and FUJI variety from Red Hill.
