60g. of sandwich bread, crust removed
2 TBSP. of tomato paste

Fresh chili pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
Blend the cubed bread with the chopped chili pepper (according to your taste, we used 2), the tomato paste, and 2 teaspoons of oil; collect the mixture and pack it down into a loaf. Wrap it in plastic wrap and let it chill in the freezer for 2 hours.
FOR THE VEGETABLES: trim the broccolini and the celeriac; cut both into pieces. Boil the broccolini in salted water for 3-4 minutes and drain. Sauté it in a pan with a drizzle of oil and a crushed clove of garlic. Season with salt. Sauté the celeriac in a pan with a tablespoon of hot oil and a pinch of salt for 10 minutes.
Remove the loaf from the freezer and shave it onto a dish. Cook it in the microwave for 2 minutes at 900 W. Top the vegetables with the bread shavings and serve.
