Pea Salad with Cauliflower

3 cups frozen or fresh peas
1 cup (4 stalks) celery, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 cup cauliflower
1/3 cup mayo
1 teaspoon mustard
1/4 teaspoon dill

Bring a pot of water to boil.

Combine mayo, mustard and dill. Set aside.

Drop frozen peas, onion and celery into the boiling water for no longer than 2 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Combine the mixture with cauliflower and dressing.

Chill until ready to serve.
