Plenty of biodynamic veg for you this week - we routinely find biodynamic grown produce superior in flavour, quality and lasting freshness. Which is why we prioritise bd growers over organic ones - we’ll even prioritise biodynamic over local.
Thankfully this week's biodynamic range comes all over Victoria - from Shepparton, Geelong, Merrigum, Red Hill and Dalmore.
For fruit we have new season citrus - with red grapefruit, daisy mandarins - and new season pink lady apples from near Shepparton.
Eat well,
Graham
PS. Choose from one of our box selection, and let us know your “no list”; or make one of your own by choosing the vegetables and fruit you prefer.

ICEBERG LETTUCE is back with a new pick from growers down the Peninsula. Delicate OAK LETTUCE is a mix of green and red varieties from Monbulk. Both will appear in Vic boxes this week.
Greens for the week will be biodynamic black KALE (Cavelo Nero) from Darrens patch near Geelong at Inverleigh. We’ll also have his full pick of SPRING ONIONS.
CELERY is pretty good value right now - and we’ll have some from up north and from down Gippsland in many of the boxes.
New season biodynamic BROCCOLINI is exceptional - and Pakenham BROCCOLI is back in price again.
So too CAULIFLOWER which is now $3.90 for a nice size half. The Vic cauli’s are smaller and will be in the boxes as wholes rather than halves
No problem with size when it comes to PARSNIP. These biodynamic monsters seem to be getting bigger by the week.
Biodynamic BEETROOT rounds out the *bd* veg for you this week - also coming back in the price, whilst the quality just gets better.
New season RHUBARB from just outside Melbourne near Dalmore.
DAISY MANDARIN (mix of tart and sweet) from Mildura and RED GRAPEFRUIT from Shepparton are the first of the season too - we’ve tried both and thumbs up.
Also from Shepparton new season PINK LADY will be your apples for the boxes this week.
