Plenty of greens coming through with this warm start to Spring - cos lettuce, silverbeet, chard, mixed lettuce, chinese greens and radish (hopefully) all feature in this week's boxes.

Add in some biodynamic brassicas, late season swede, biodynamic pears and apples and deliciously tart/sweet afourer mandarins.

THIS WEEKS PRODUCE

New season WOMBOK is usually around for just a short time, so we’re including in this week's boxes as large quarters to give you a taste - some nice recipes to go with them this week too.

Greens for the larger boxes will be RUBY CHARD from Koo Ree Rup, PAK CHOY from down the Peninsula and more BABY COS from Baxter.

CAPSICUM should be back this week for the boxes, and plenty of ZUCCHINI coming from up north too.

Closer to home BROCCOLI is excellent, BROCCOLINI has slowed and CAULIFLOWER is mostly from up north so may not be in the Vic boxes, depending on what's picked this week.

Large sized COS LETTUCE returns this week, and the BABY COS are now in twin packs of green and red varieties.

RADISH is here again - although every time I add it to the website, that's the week it's not available - but we hope to confirm with the grower tomorrow morning - if all is good, expect them in the Victorian boxes.

From Gippsland, new season SWEET GREY will be in the Victorian boxes. Large SWEET POTATO for Mixed Choice.

And late season SWEDE from Colac will also return to the Vic boxes.

Excellent value for northern STRAWBERRIES - coming in tasty and ripe.

HASS AVOCADO back this week, but starting to slow down.

APPLES for the boxes will be a mix of Fuji and Lady Williams from Red Hill orchards. And expect biodynamic BEURRE BOSC PEARS also from Red Hill in the boxes.

The AFOURER MANDARINS we were to include last week, will be available in the boxes this week instead - coming from Swan Hill.

And TANGELO in the Victorian boxes.
