We continue to embrace the time of year, and go heavy on cauliflower, broccoli, and parsnip in the boxes.
New season leek from local grower (and delivery driver) Ronald in Campbelltown replace onions.
And kalie, fuji and braeburn apples and cara cara oranges make up the fruit portion of the boxes.
Eat well,
Graham
PS. Choose from one of our box selection, and let us know your “no list”; or make one of your own by choosing the vegetables and fruit you prefer.

Local BEETROOT season is now close to finished - we have large sized veg from up north, and even their season is slowing. More local beets coming at the end of Spring.
Plenty of biodynamic PARSNIP from near Geelong - we know the boxes have had them for many weeks now, but they are around $6-$7kg so it's hard to go past.
Also Swan Hill KOHLRABI is coming back in price this week - a nice root veg that is well worth trying before the season ends. Roast it, or blanch, mix with mayo and use a side dish.
From Mildura, new season small CARROTS are back in the Victorian boxes this week. Rest of the boxes and orders will have the Queensland harvest.
Ronald from Campbelltown is picking LEEKS for the boxes this week, and whilst ONIONS are up there in price (and a little down in quality) it's worth swapping to Leek for your Onion flavours at the moment.
EGGPLANT is back this week, and we hope CAPSICUM will be back also.
Greens for the boxes will be halves of CELERY, fresh green KALE from Mornington in the Vic boxes, and SPINACH from Pearcedale.
A small amount of TOMATO is coming from Labertouche poly tunnels in Gippsland, but most of the crop we have this week is coming from up north.
For fruit, BANANA is starting to recover from bad weather a couple months back.
STRAWBERRIES are also back from a break and we should see plenty ripe and ready fruit this week.
Fruit in the boxes continue to be heavy on APPLES and ORANGES - from Red Hill and Mildura respectively.
Also from Mildura, juicy and tart TANGELO have been a favourite this season.
