For seasonal value try the broccolini from south gippsland and the chat potato from up north. Both feature heavily in this week's boxes.
Eat well,

Biodynamic CELERIAC from Inverleigh in this week's boxes as the main root veg - as we start to see PARSNIP finish up and a late flush of TURNIP from Colac.
CARROTS from Daylesford almost done - maybe this week is the last for the Vic boxes with Adams graded Large Carrots in the boxes.
BEETROOT from Swan Hill is around a little longer, then we’ll see late season harvest from Tassie.
Local POTATO also almost frinished, with Adams SEBAGO in this week's boxes for the last week of the season - this week we’ll have CHAT POTATO from up north for $4.90kg.
Excellent value for Bairnsdale BROCCOLINI @ $4.90 a bunch - and CAULIFLOWER from Mornington is returning meaning we should prices come back for the rest of the growers too.
Greens for the boxes will be Black KALE from Baxter in the Vics and Colac SILVERBEET for the Mixed Choice - along with BABY COS LETTUCE for all.
Northern season produce of CAPSICUM, EGGPLANT and ZUCCHINI continues to provide relief from Vic brassicas and root veg in the Mixed Choice boxes.
Fruit wise, we have new season BRAEBURN apples, which are eating well - and we’re waiting to see if LADY WILLIAMS from Red Hill will come in before deciding to add them also.
A strong citrus season continues with tasty NAVEL ORANGES and IMPERIAL MANDARINS from Mildura, and tart TANGELO from Swan Hill our picks for the boxes.
And just a few more weeks likely for PACKHAM PEARS.
