Week 40 - Iceberg Lettuce, Yellow Squash, Rainbow Chard, Gold Beetroot, Broad Beans and Kohlrabi
New greens with iceberg lettuce from peninsula, rainbow chard from Gippsland. We should see some yellow squash and gold beetroot appear this week, if not next. And broad bean season kicks on, whilst we wait (patiently) for asparagus to appear.

New season northern BEETROOT is being picked, and heading for the boxes also.

Biodynamic CABBAGE are excellent - both green and red - and biodynamic BROCCOLI from the same grower is coming in nice too

Biodynamic SWEDE from Inverleigh is our main root veg for the boxes this week. A couple of nice recipe ideas to help you in the kitchen, combining with biodynamic CAULIFLOWER that has been a regular feature for weeks now.

We continue to embrace the time of year, and go heavy on cauliflower, broccoli, and parsnip in the boxes. New season leek from local grower (and delivery driver) Ronald in Campbelltown replace onions.
